Thank You For Your Support

Through fundraising in honor of James, the James M. Fitzgerald IV Foundation proudly supports Give Kids the World in Kissimmee, Florida, St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, and the Patient and Family Support Fund at the Connecticut Children’s Medical Center. Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we’ve been able to directly assist several children and their families. We are truly grateful for the incredible fundraising support we’ve received and continue to be humbled by the impact we’re making together.

 

Give Kids the World: A Life-Changing Experience

Give Kids the World was a life-changing experience for our family. This special place provides children with the opportunity to visit Disney World and other surrounding parks through the Make-A-Wish program. The facility itself is like a park, and we created countless cherished memories with James there. In January 2020, our family had the privilege of traveling to Give Kids the World to volunteer and donate on behalf of the James M. Fitzgerald IV Foundation. It was an unforgettable experience, and we were honored to give back to this incredible cause.

 

Supporting Camp Cochipianee

In addition to supporting these organizations, we have also created scholarships to Camp Cochipianee, a local camp where James spent his summers. James cherished his time at Camp Coch, and to honor his love for the camp, we’ve established scholarships to ensure that children who may not have the opportunity to attend can experience what James did. There is also a bench dedicated to James at the camp, a symbol of his spirit and joy. Knowing how much James loved Camp Coch, this tribute means the world to our family.

 

Looking Ahead

With your continued support, the James M. Fitzgerald IV Foundation will keep contributing to Give Kids the World, St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, and the Patient and Family Support Fund at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center. We are excited about the future of this foundation, and we are so grateful for all the support we’ve received. We know James is watching over us, proud of what we’re accomplishing together.
